Yes we do. Cutting off a ring or even a bangle is £10 but if you then decide to go ahead and have your item repaired with us after, this cost comes off the price. That said, we would always recommend to wait at least a month before having your finger sized to allow time for your hand to return to ‘normal’ and the swelling to reduce. You can then proceed with having your item resized so you can once again enjoy wearing it.

We will contact you at all key stages of your repair with us. This will be on receiving the estimate and letting you know your item is back with us and ready to collect. Please do not contact us to chase up your repair before your collection date on your receipt has passed.

This is all to do with your body temperature. You will find in the Summer, due to the climate, your fingers will be slightly bigger and therefore your rings might feel a little tighter than normal. In the Winter the opposite happens whereby as you are generally cooler, your fingers will be slightly smaller and therefore your rings might feel a little lose. Please do bear in mind this fluctuation in finger size when having a ring resized with us.

Yes but depending on the nature of the watch will depend on whether this can be done in store or by one of our trusted outworkers. Generally our branded watches with a seal will go to the brand for a battery change and pressure test.
