Bespoke FAQ's

Absolutely. We can indeed! We can work with you to create a beautiful bespoke piece of jewellery to match your requirements. Pop in, take a seat and enjoy chatting to our team about your ideas. It would be most useful if you brought some ideas with you of what you had in mind. This could include rough drawings, photos or videos.

1. Either visit store or book an appointment to discuss your ideas with one of our team. If you have photos, rough drawings or videos of something similar to what you’d like, make sure you have these with you to show our team. If you’re not too sure what you’d like, our team can help.
2. After your first meeting, we will work with our trusted outworker to create an initial design which will be a computer aided design (CAD) image.
3. We will then be in touch with you to share the bespoke design images with you. From here we can work with you to tweak the design until you are 100% happy.
4. Once you are happy with the design we can then have a 3D wax model created for you. Although this is not essential. This way you can see your design come to life in the flesh. You can then check proportions and that you are 100% happy with the design.
5. From here you can decide to tweak your design further or proceed it to be made in the metal of your choice! You will need to pay a small deposit to proceed with the creation. 
6. As soon as it is ready, our team will be in touch with you to arrange collecting your special piece from the store.

This can vary from piece to piece. An initial design can take roughly 1-2 weeks to arrive with you. From here, the time will completely depend on how much you’d like to tweak the design to ensure it is just right. Really, the time is in your hands… the quicker you get back to us and the less tweaks you make, the faster it will be.

For the item to be made, please allow 3-4 weeks from approval of the design and costs.

If you have a date in mind that you need the item by, please be upfront and honest with our sales consultant about this at your first consultation. Therefore we can try and work to your date as much as possible. They will be able to let you know, if your date is realistic.

Yes this is certainly an option. Please speak to us if you’d like to factor this in and make sure you bring the metal you’d like to use with you when you speak to one of our team.

Yes, again this is an option with your bespoke item. Just bring the stones with you when you visit and we’ll be able to factor this into your design.
